The timeline
A custom Mimi takes 3-6 weeks from confirmed payment to dispatch, depending on fabric availability and how busy the studio is. If you have a deadline, mention it in your request and I’ll let you know if it’s workable before you commit.

What if you can’t get the exact fabric I want?
I’ll come back with the closest alternatives I can source. You decide whether to go ahead.
How long does it take?

Can I return a custom Mimi?
No. Custom pieces are made specifically for you and aren’t returnable. Only ready-to-ship bags from the main site are covered by the standard returns policy. I will keep you updated every step of the way to ensure you get the Mimi bag you want.
Will my Mimi look exactly like the photos on the site?
Pretty much! The shape and structure stay the same, but every Mimi is handmade so there’ll be small variations in stitching and how the fabric behaves.
