We want you to love your Mimi but if it's not quite right, we're here to help.

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, as long as the item is unused and in its original condition. Just get in touch at hello@lolastarstudio.com before sending anything back and we'll sort it out for you.

Return postage is at your expense unless your item arrived damaged or we made a mistake, in which case we'll make it right. Once we receive your return, your refund will be processed within 2–3 working days. Your bank or payment provider may take a little longer, usually up to 10 business days.
